Other Steps. The Owner covenants and agrees that it will take or cause to be taken all proper steps and actions and proceedings to enable the Owner to vest a good and marketable title to the Employee Unit in the Municipality on the Completion Date, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, defects in title, equities or claims of every nature and kind except for Permitted Encumbrances and to enable the Owner to carry out the sale of the Employee Unit.
Other Steps. We shall be entitled but not obliged to, without prior notice to or consent from you, take such steps as we may in our absolute discretion determine to be expedient in order to enable us to provide the Services and exercise our powers under the Customer Agreement.
Other Steps. The Owner covenants and agrees that it will, from and after the date of the application to register this Agreement in the LTO, take or cause to be taken all proper steps and actions and corporate proceedings to enable the Owner to vest a good and marketable title to the Property in the Municipality on the Completion Date, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, defects in title, equities or claims of every nature and kind except for Permitted Encumbrances and to enable the Owner to carry out the sale of the Property and to execute and deliver this Agreement as valid and binding obligations of the Owner.
Other Steps. Do all other things necessary to give effect to the Scheme and the orders of the Court approving the Scheme.
Other Steps. Except as provided in this agreement (including Section 10.2 of this agreement), the Parties do not require that steps be taken to identify or preserve potentially relevant documents, including electronically stored information. For greater certainty, the Parties are not required to take steps to preserve deleted or residual data.26
Other Steps. The Applicants may undertake, at their sole discretion, any other corporate steps or transactions necessary to implement this Plan in a manner and on a date and time determined by the Applicants in their sole discretion.
Other Steps. With a view to satisfying the desires and aspirations of Hmar community in Mizoram, the State Government will initiate measures for use of Hmar language as a medium of instruction upto Primary level and recognition of the Hmar language as one of the major languages of the State of Mizoram.
