Typically, this clause outlines how employees should submit their requests, any advance notice required, and the criteria management will use to approve or deny such requests. Its core function is to ensure a fair and organized process for handling general vacation requests, helping to balance employee needs with operational requirements and prevent scheduling conflicts.
