Required Policies and Coverages Without limiting any liabilities or any other obligations of Seller under this Agreement, Seller shall secure and continuously carry with an insurance company or companies rated not lower than “B+” by the A.M. Best Company the insurance coverage specified below:
Compliance with Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies Registry Operator shall comply with and implement all Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies found at <xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/general/consensus-‐policies.htm>, as of the Effective Date and as may in the future be developed and adopted in accordance with the ICANN Bylaws, provided such future Consensus Polices and Temporary Policies are adopted in accordance with the procedure and relate to those topics and subject to those limitations set forth in Specification 1 attached hereto (“Specification 1”).
Agreement of Coverage The Eligible Person and/or Dependent loses eligibility under Medicaid or Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). Coverage will begin only if SHL receives the completed enrollment form and any required Premium within 60 days of the date coverage ended. Any other event which affects a Dependent’s eligibility. If the Subscriber fails to give notice which would have resulted in termination of coverage, SHL shall have the right to terminate coverage. Terms of Coverage The plan takes effect upon check-in on the booked arrival date to an iTrip unit. All coverage shall terminate upon normal check-out time of the iTrip unit or the departure of the Covered Guest, whichever occurs first.
Limitations of Coverage For the repair or replacement of the outside line, we will pay a maximum of $2,000 in the aggregate per Agreement term. After the outside gas service line is repaired or replaced, our independent service provider will provide basic site restoration to the affected area, limited to backfill of excavated soil, raking and reseeding.
General Policies (a) The evaluated job rate arrived at through official evaluation by the Joint Job Evaluation Board will be final and binding upon both parties to the Labour Agreement unless review has been requested as provided in Section 3(a)(ii)(c) or 3(a)(ii)(g). In case of such review the decision of the Job Evaluation Directors or, where appropriate the Independent Review Officer shall be final and binding upon both parties. Where a number of appeals indicate a problem within a job field, the Directors shall refer such problems to the Administrative Committee for final determination.
