Limitations of Coverage. For the repair or replacement of the outside line, we will pay a maximum of $2,000 in the aggregate per Agreement term. After the outside gas service line is repaired or replaced, our independent service provider will provide basic site restoration to the affected area, limited to backfill of excavated soil, raking and reseeding.

We will pay up to an additional $1,500 in aggregate per Agreement term to cut; excavate or repair sidewalks located in a public easement or public roads that were damaged solely due to outside sewer service line covered repair or replacement work performed by our independent contractor(s). Only expenses related to repair or replacement of sidewalks are covered under this additional limit. This additional limit, when applicable, does not add any additional coverage to the sewer service line $3,000 Agreement maximum. Should sidewalk or public road repair expenses exceed $1,500, it is your responsibility to pay any additional costs. You will be notified of the estimated additional expenses before work is completed. After the outside sewer service line is repaired or replaced, our independent service provider will provide basic site restoration to the affected area, limited to backfill of excavated soil, raking and reseeding.
Limitations of Coverage. This Contract Does Not Cover:
A. Any Product located outside the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. (US only).
B. Service required as a result of any alteration of the equipment, or repairs made by anyone other than a participating servicing dealer, an authorized service provider, its agents, distributors, contractors or licensees, or the use of supplies other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
C. Damage or other equipment failure due to causes beyond Our control including, but not limited to, repairs necessary due to operator negligence, the failure to maintain the equipment according to the owner’s manual instructions, abuse, vandalism, theft, fire, flood, wind, freezing, power failure, inadequate power supply, unusual atmospheric conditions, animal or insect damage, acts of war or acts of God.
D. Service necessary because of improper storage or improper ventilation, including failure to place the equipment in an area that complies with the manufacturer’s published space or environmental requirements. Any installation that prevents normal service.
E. Misuse, abuse, reconfiguration of equipment or improper movement of the equipment. Any utilization of equipment that is inconsistent with either the design of the equipment or the way the manufacturer intended the equipment to be used.
F. Any and all cases in which the manufacturer of the equipment would not honor any warranty regarding the equipment.
G. Products used in a commercial environment, which is defined as non-residential, multi-user, communal or industrial use, unless specific commercial coverage is purchased.
H. Cosmetic damage such as, but not limited to scratches, dents, rust, and stains.
I. Non-functional parts such as, but not limited to, plastics, finishes, porcelain or enamel parts, knobs and dials, handles (unless critical to the function of the Product), or trim.
J. Consumable Items: Consumable items are defined as any part that is considered consumable by the manufacturer or any item that is designed to be consumed (wear out) during the life of the Product, regardless if it is consumer replaceable or not. Consumable items include, but are not limited to: for Computers, Laptops, and Peripherals: batteries; for Printers, Copiers, and Multifunctional Equipment: ink, fuser, roller kits, maintenance kits, paper trays, and any toner/cartridge; for Consumer Electronics and Appliances: light bulbs, lamps (unless purchased as additional coverage), and batteries; for all produ...

e. Any and all cases in which the manufacturer of the equipment would not honor any warranty regarding the equipment.
f. Cosmetic defects, damage, or failures of non-operational components that do not inhibit the proper operation and performance of the covered items.
g. Consumable items defined as any part that is considered consumable by the manufacturer or any item that is designed to be consumed (wear out) during the life of the Product, regardless if it is consumer replaceable or not.
h. Registers, batteries, grills, key valves, duct work, plumbing, venting, belts, dampers or nuisance calls such as resetting breakers, low or dead thermostat batteries and adjustments made to programming.
i. Repairs to Product, including parts, labor, or Product replacement covered by the reported manufacturer warranty, reported dealer warranty, manufacturer’s recall, or similar manufacturer’s incentive or repair program (regardless of whether or not the manufacturer or dealer is doing business as an ongoing enterprise).
j. Consequential damages as a result of malfunctioning of or damage to an operating part of the covered equipment, or damages as a result of any repairs or replacements under this Contract.
k. Loss of use, loss of business, loss of profits, down-time and charges for time and effort.

Limitations of Coverage. This Warranty extends only to the CONSUMER for damage resulting from defects in materials and workmanship, it does not extend to damage caused by the CONSUMER’S neglect or abuse, or by accident, to damage caused by wind, hail or abnormal weather conditions, or to damage caused by acts of God, civil insurrection or extraordinary circumstances which are beyond the control of KS. KS shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Equipment, and in no event shall the extent of the Warranty coverage exceed the purchase price of the Equipment. KS assumes no liability for the determination of the proper equipment necessary to meet a CONSUMER’S requirements, nor does it authorize others to assume such obligations on its behalf.
Limitations of Coverage. When health insurance benefit coverage begins and/or stops shall be determined by the insurance carrier, policy, trust or insurance plan or program. The Board has no obligation to provide health insurance coverage for any teacher or that teacher’s dependents in the event the group carrier will not accept said teacher.
