Common use of All Powers Coupled with Interest Clause in Contracts

All Powers Coupled with Interest. All powers of attorney and other authorizations granted to the Administrative Agent, any Lender or any Person designated by the Administrative Agent or any Lender pursuant to any provisions of this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents shall be deemed coupled with an interest and shall be irrevocable so long as any of the Obligations (other than (a) contingent indemnification obligations and (b) Specified Obligations) remain unpaid or unsatisfied, the Revolving Credit Commitment remains in effect or any Credit Facility has not been terminated.

All powers of attorney and other authorizations granted to the Lenders, the Administrative Agent, Agent and any Lender or any Person Persons designated by the Administrative Agent or any Lender pursuant to any provisions of this Credit Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents shall be deemed coupled with an interest and given by way of security to secure the performance of the Obligations and shall be irrevocable so long as any of the Obligations (other than (a) contingent indemnification obligations and (b) Specified Obligationsfor which no claim has yet been made) remain unpaid or unsatisfied, any of the Revolving Credit Commitment remains Commitments remain in effect or any the Credit Facility has not been terminated.
