Common use of All Prior Agreements Superseded Clause in Contracts

All Prior Agreements Superseded. This contract represents the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and all previous agreements, discussions, communications and correspondence with respect to the subject matter are hereby superseded and are of no further force and effect.
