Prior Agreement Superseded. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement relating to the subject matter hereof between the parties.
Prior Agreement Superseded. This Agreement supersedes the Business Loan Agreement entered into as of March 28, 1995, between the Bank and the Borrower, and any credit outstanding thereunder shall be deemed to be outstanding under this Agreement.
