Common use of All Records Confidential Clause in Contracts

All Records Confidential. The Custodian shall treat all records and other information relating to the Corporation and the assets of all Funds as confidential and shall not disclose any such records or information to any other person unless (i) the Corporation shall have consented thereto in writing or (ii) such disclosure is required by law.
