All Submittals for the. Project except those specifically agreed upon by District and Architect, in writing, shall be specifically incorporated into the Submittal section of the Schedule so as to not delay the Work. The agreement to allow a later Submittal does not mean that Article 15.6 is waived. Contractor shall order materials and ensure prices are honored and secured for the Project.‌
