All Work and Materials Necessary to be Furnished. It is especially understood and agreed by the Contractor that anything, whether materials or labor, which may not be shown, indicated or described on either the plans or in the specifications or drawings, but which is necessary for the proper operation and perfect completion of the entire Work under this Contract shall be furnished by the Contractor as part of the Contract without any extra cost to the City as though it were herein particularly set forth or shown on the plans, specifications or drawings.
