ALLEEN LEGITIEME INFORMATIE XXX XXXXXX VERZONDEN. De Restauranthouder mag niet: a) berichten versturen die onwettige, illegale, lasterlijke of smadelijke inhoud of activiteiten, of geweld tegen een individu of groep en meer in het algemeen tegen de mensenrechten bevatten, promoten of ernaar verwijzen. of b) e-mails versturen in naam en voor rekening xxx xxxxxx (met inbegrip van hun eigen klanten). De e-mail van de Restauranthouder moet gaan over de activiteiten van het Restaurant. In het algemeen mogen de e-mails van de Restauranthouder geen informatie of inhoud bevatten die TheFork ongeschikt of schadelijk acht voor de reputatie van XxxXxxx, haar groepsmaatschappijen, partners, klanten en gebruikers. ➢ ADDENDUM GEGEVENSVERWERKING TheFork en de Restauranthouder, gezamenlijk de "Partijen" genoemd, zijn overeengekomen het volgende aan te gaan: Addendum gegevensverwerking Deze Gegevensverwerkingsovereenkomst ("DPA") maakt xxxx uit van en is onderworpen aan de Verkoop- en Gebruiksvoorwaarden (de "Overeenkomst"). Door ondertekening van de Overeenkomst gaan de Partijen deze DPA aan namens zichzelf en, voor zover vereist onder de toepasselijke wetgeving inzake gegevensbescherming, in naam en voor rekening van hun filialen, en deze DPA wordt xxx xxxxxx op de datum van bekendmaking ("Ingangsdatum"). Indien de Partijen eerder een addendum voor gegevensverwerking of een andere soortgelijke overeenkomst hebben gesloten (een "eerdere DPA"), erkennen en komen de Partijen overeen dat deze DPA de eerdere DPA met ingang van de Ingangsdatum vervangt.   • Data Protection All personal data contained in the agreement shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the EU institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data. Such data shall be processed solely in connection with the implementation and follow-up of the agreement by the sending institution, the National Agency and the European Commission, without prejudice to the possibility of passing the data to the bodies responsible for inspection and audit in accordance with EU legislation (Court of Auditors or European Antifraud Office (XXXX)). The participant may, on written request, gain access to his personal data and correct any information that is inaccurate or incomplete. He/she should address any questions regarding the processing of his/her personal data to the sending institution and/or the National Agency. The participant may lodge a complaint against the processing of his personal data with the [national supervising body for data protection] with regard to the use of these data by the sending institution, the National Agency, or to the European Data Protection Supervisor with regard to the use of the data by the European Commission.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • Advertising Limitations Provider is prohibited from using, disclosing, or selling Student Data to (a) inform, influence, or enable Targeted Advertising; or (b) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any purpose other than providing the Service to LEA. This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data (i) for adaptive learning or customized student learning (including generating personalized learning recommendations); or (ii) to make product recommendations to teachers or LEA employees; or (iii) to notify account holders about new education product updates, features, or services or from otherwise using Student Data as permitted in this DPA and its accompanying exhibits

  • HEALTH AND SAFETY 16.01 The Employer, Union and the employees shall comply with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act where and when applicable. The Employer shall provide working conditions at all times which are not prejudicial to the health or efficiency of the workers. Employees are required to report to their Employer any unsafe work conditions, or violation of any safe work policies or procedures established by the Employer, or any violation of relevant safe work legislation.

  • Provide Data in Compliance with Applicable Laws LEA shall provide Student Data for the purposes of obtaining the Services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local privacy laws, rules, and regulations, all as may be amended from time to time.

  • Subprocessors Provider shall enter into written agreements with all Subprocessors performing functions for the Provider in order for the Provider to provide the Services pursuant to the Service Agreement, whereby the Subprocessors agree to protect Student Data in a manner no less stringent than the terms of this DPA.

  • Privacy Compliance The Provider shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to Student Data privacy and security, all as may be amended from time to time.

  • Unauthorized Access Notification XXX shall notify Provider promptly of any known unauthorized access. XXX will assist Provider in any efforts by Provider to investigate and respond to any unauthorized access.

  • Privacy 11.1.0 In accordance with applicable privacy legislation, the Trust Plan Administrator shall limit the collection, use and disclosure of personal information to information that is necessary for the purpose of providing benefits administration services. The Trust Plan Administrator’s policy shall be based on the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

  • Safety Where an employee is prevented from working at the employee’s particular function as a result of unsafe conditions caused by the inclement weather, the employee may be transferred to other work in the employee’s classification on site, until the unsafe conditions are rectified. Where such alternative is not available and until the unsafe conditions are rectified, the employee shall remain on site. The employee shall be paid for such time without reduction of the employees’ inclement weather entitlement.
