Common use of Allergan Clause in Contracts

Allergan. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Buyer, on behalf of itself and its Affiliates acknowledges that neither Allergan nor any of its Affiliates (other than the Sellers) shall have any Liability under this Agreement or for any claim based on, in respect of, or by reason of, the transactions contemplated hereby, including, but not limited to, any dispute related to, or arising from, the Transferred Assets.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Buyer, on behalf of itself and its Affiliates Affiliates, acknowledges that neither Allergan nor any of its Affiliates (other than the Sellers) from time to time shall have any Liability liability under this Agreement or for any claim based on, in respect of, or by reason of, the transactions contemplated hereby, including, but not limited to, any dispute related to, or arising from, the Transferred AssetsSupply Products.
