HEALTH PROGRAM. 3701 Health examinations required by the Employer shall be provided by the Employer and shall be at the expense of the Employer. 3702 Time off without loss of regular pay shall be allowed at a time determined by the Employer for such medical examinations and laboratory tests, provided that these are performed on the Employer’s premises, or at a facility designated by the Employer. 3703 With the approval of the Employer, a nurse may choose to be examined by a physician of her/his own choice, at her/his own expense, as long as the Employer receives a statement as to the fitness of the nurse from the physician. 3704 Time off for medical and dental examinations and/or treatments may be granted and such time off, including necessary travel time, shall be chargeable against accumulated income protection benefits.
HEALTH PROGRAM. FOR REGULAR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES Throughout the term of this Agreement, each full-time employee covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to the same health and dental insurance coverage and employer contributions to health and dental insurance as all regular full-time non- bargaining unit employees at the College under the College’s Designated Plan.
HEALTH PROGRAM. It is a mutual interest of the parties to promote health and safety in workplaces and to prevent and reduce the occurrence of workplace injuries and occupational diseases. The parties agree that health and safety is of the utmost importance and agree to promote health and safety and wellness throughout the organization. The employer shall provide orientation and training in health and safety to new and current employees on an ongoing basis, and employees shall attend required health and safety training sessions. Accordingly, the parties fully endorse the responsibilities of the employer and employee under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

HEALTH PROGRAM. 37.01 All employees are required to be physically and mentally capable of performing their respective job descriptions.
HEALTH PROGRAM. Section One. Where an employee's job specification requires a physical examination or when, in the judgment of the Employer, a physical examination is directly related to job performance and is required, the Employer will provide such examination free of charge. The State will continue to offer free immunization programs, subject to operating needs of the Employer.

The district will notify PCEA leadership of bid opening dates to allow PCEA representatives to attend the yearly bid opening meeting. HEALTH PROGRAM. 14.01 Pre-employment examinations will be required by the Employer. These examinations will include chest x/ray and/or tests for tuberculosis as required. Nurses will have the privilege of examination by their family physician.
HEALTH PROGRAM. 26.01 The parties agree to cooperate in the promotion of safe work habits and safe working conditions, and to adhere to the provisions of the Workers’ Compensation Act and other applicable legislation.
