For purposes of making a distribution of excess deferrals pursuant to this Section 14.07, allocable income means net income or net loss allocable to the excess deferrals for the calendar year in which the Employee made the excess deferral, determined in a manner which is uniform, nondiscriminatory and reasonably reflective of the manner used by the Plan to allocate income to Participants' Accounts.
