Allocation and Distribution of Collective Payments. The Physicians are responsible for allocating and distributing payments for Clinical Administrative Services and Incentive Payments paid by the Agency to the Physician Representative under this Contract amongst the Physicians in accordance with their intra-physician group governance agreement.
