Common use of Allocation of Excess Generation Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Excess Generation. If the monthly Net Metering Credit s generated by the Project exceed s the sum total monthly charges of all the Consumption Meters in the group, OWNER will instruct the Utility to allocate all such excess credit ("Excess Generation Credit") to the Consumption Meters in the order of priority outlined in Section 3(a). The Excess Generation Credit will accumulate on the U tility E lectric b B ill s for the Consumption Meters as permitted under 30 V.S.A.§ 219a.
