Termination by Customer. You may cancel your acceptance of the Agreement with XOOM at any time within three (3) business days of your enrollment authorization and receipt of this Agreement without penalty or
Termination by Customer. Without prejudice to any rights or remedies of the Customer, the Customer may, by at least seven (7) days’ notice in writing to Deswik, terminate this Agreement if:
(a) Deswik breaches its obligations under this Agreement and:
(i) the breach is not capable of remedy;
(ii) if capable of remedy, the breach is not remedied within 30 days of receipt of written notice by Deswik requiring the breach to be remedied, unless the breach, having regard to its nature, importance or the actions being taken by Deswik during the period to correct any Error, does not justify termination; or
(b) an Insolvency Event occurs in respect to Deswik.
Termination by Customer. Customer may terminate a Subscription or reduce the number of User Licenses at any time during its Term provided that Customer shall not be entitled to any refund on account of such termination or reduction.
Termination by Customer. Subject to your payment of the Termination Fee, if applicable, and/or any other applicable termination fee and the monthly fees for the full billing cycle in which termination occurred, you may immediately terminate this Agreement at any time by giving us written or telephone notice. You are responsible for the full monthly Service fee for any month (or portion of a month) in which you receive Service and Viasat will not provide a pro-rata refund for any pre-paid fees regardless of when your Service is terminated. In limited circumstances, Viasat may permit you to temporarily suspend service. You are responsible for the full monthly Service fee for any month (or portion of a month) in which you receive Service and Viasat will not provide a pro-rata refund for any pre-paid fees regardless of when your Service is suspended. Please allow five business days from the date of receipt for processing written requests to terminate or suspend your Service. Viasat does not accept notices of termination or suspension via e-mail or chat. You will continue to be liable under this Agreement for all fees and charges until such time as the Agreement has been properly terminated or suspended or we have acknowledged such termination or suspension in writing or by e-mail. Once your account is terminated, you will no longer have access to any of the web or email services provided to you as part of the Service. In addition, if you leased your Equipment, upon termination you will be responsible for the return of the Equipment to Viasat in accordance with your obligations under the Lease Addendum.
Termination by Customer. Customer may terminate this Agreement (or the applicable portion thereof) without liability effectively immediately upon written notice to Company for any of the following reasons:
a. Company fails to perform a material obligation under this Agreement, which failure is not remedied within thirty (30) days of Company’s receipt of written notice thereof.
b. Company becomes insolvent, files for bankruptcy or reorganization, fails to discharge an involuntary bankruptcy petition against Company within the time permitted by law, or becomes involved in an assignment for the benefit of its creditors.
Termination by Customer. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. However, if you terminate before the expiration of the Initial Term or before the expiration of any renewal term, a Cost Recovery Fee will apply in

The effective date of your termination will be the next applicable meter read date which the switch becomes effective. Your obligations under this Agreement will end when your account balance is paid in full. Should you terminate this Agreement, you will have the option of returning to your Local Utility’s standard offer service or choosing another electricity supplier. If you cancel this Agreement before the term of the Agreement is completed, XOOM reserves the right to deny you subsequent enrollment in any XOOM supply service.
Termination by Customer. Customer may terminate any Program license at any time; however, termination shall not relieve Customer's obligations specified in Section 4.4.
Termination by Customer. Customer may terminate its Subscription to the Service by cancelling the Service and/or deleting the Account, whereby such termination shall not derogate from Customer’s obligation to pay applicable Subscription Fees except where such termination is made within the Refund Period. In accordance with Section 9 above, unless mutually agreed otherwise by Customer and us in a written instrument, the effective date of such termination will take effect at the end of the then-current Subscription Term, and Customer’s obligation to pay the Subscription Fees throughout the end of such Subscription Term shall remain in full force and effect, and Customer shall not be entitled to a refund for any pre-paid Subscription Fees.
Termination by Customer. Customer may terminate this Agreement at any time by contacting Starion. If Customer terminates this Agreement and, as a result, effectively cancels service prior to the expiration of the Initial Term, an early termination fee may apply, as stated in your Customer Disclosure Statement. An early termination fee will not apply if you terminate this Agreement because you relocate outside of the LDU’s service territory. If you terminate this Agreement, you will be returned to the LDU for supply service unless you choose another ESCO. The effective termination date will be determined as set forth in the LDU’s tariff and applicable law. You will be obligated to pay for the electricity and related services provided pursuant to this Agreement prior to the date that such termination becomes effective. If you terminate this Agreement by enrolling with a different ESCO or returning to LDU’s service, Starion will not be liable for any switching time delays and you will be obligated to make payment for services under this Agreement until termination of service with Starion is effective.
