Common use of Allocation of Net Income Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Net Income. With respect to the Series E Preferred Units, the net income of the Partnership will be allocated as provided in Exhibit E to the Partnership Agreement.

Allocation of Net Income. With respect to the Series E D Preferred Units, the net income of the Partnership will be allocated as provided in Exhibit E to the Partnership Agreement.
