Common use of Allocation of Resources Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Resources. Without limiting Successful Respondent’s obligations under this Agreement, whenever a force majeure event or disaster causes Successful Respondent to allocate limited resources between or among Successful Respondent’s customers and Affiliates, DIR and the DIR Customers shall receive at least the same treatment as comparable Successful Respondent customers. In no event shall Successful Respondent re-deploy or re-assign any Key Personnel to another customer or account in the event of the occurrence of a force majeure event.
