Allocation of Resources. The agencies agree to communicate and, where possible, coordinate services provided under this Agreement to ensure the effective and efficient use of funds and agree to maximize all available funding sources. Funds used for services by each agency pursuant to this Agreement shall not supplant other existing treatment funding.
