Allocation of Resources. Whenever a Force Majeure Event or a disaster causes Supplier to allocate limited resources between or among Supplier’s customers, Supplier shall not provide to any other customers of Supplier priority over Chordiant. In addition, Supplier shall not redeploy or reassign any Key Supplier Personnel to another account in the event of a Force Majeure Event.
