Allocation of Servicing Fee Shortfalls. On each Distribution Date, if after giving effect to payments to be made with respect to the related Monthly Period pursuant to Section 3.01(d), the Servicer has not received the full amount to be paid pursuant to Section 3.01(d), the aggregate amount of such shortfall will be allocated to each Tranche of Outstanding Notes in the Card Series pro rata based on the ratio of the Nominal Liquidation Amount of such Tranche of Notes to the Nominal Liquidation Amount of the Card Series Notes, each as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period.
