Servicing Fee. On each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee on behalf of the Issuer shall pay to the Servicer the Servicing Fee in accordance with Section 4.4 for the immediately preceding Collection Period as compensation for its services. In addition, the Servicer will be entitled to retain all Supplemental Servicing Fees. The Servicer also will be entitled to receive investment earnings (net of investment losses and expenses) on funds on deposit in the Collection Account and the Reserve Account during each Collection Period.
Servicing Fee. On each Payment Date, the Issuer shall pay to the Servicer the Servicing Fee in accordance with Section 4.4 for the immediately preceding Collection Period as compensation for its services. The Servicer also will be entitled to receive investment earnings (net of investment losses and expenses) on funds deposited in the Collection Account and the Principal Distribution Account during each Collection Period.
Servicing Fee. The Servicing Fee for each Collection Period shall be equal to 1/12th of 1.00% of the Pool Balance as of the first day of such Collection Period; provided that with respect to any Successor Servicer hereunder, the Servicing Fee for each Collection Period shall be equal to the greater of (a) 1/12th of 1.00% of the Pool Balance as of the first day of such Collection Period, (b) $8.50 per Contract in the Trust Estate as of the first day of such Collection Period and (c) $5,000.
Servicing Fee. Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 in respect of Lender's services for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereafter.
Servicing Fee. The Servicing Fee for a Payment Date shall equal the product of (a) one-twelfth, (b) the Servicing Fee Rate and (c) the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables as of the first day of the related Collection Period; provided, however, that the Servicing Fee on the initial Payment Date shall be prorated to compensate for the length of the initial Collection Period being longer than one month. The Servicer shall also be entitled to all Supplemental Servicing Fees collected (from whatever source) on the Receivables, the amount of any Servicing Fee due but not distributed to the Servicer on a prior Payment Date (including any amounts previously deferred by the Servicer as provided in this Section 4.08) plus any reimbursement pursuant to the last paragraph of Section 7.02. The Servicer may, as long as it believes that sufficient collections will be available from interest collections on one or more future Payment Dates to pay the Servicing Fee, by notice to the Indenture Trustee on or before a Payment Date, elect to defer all or a portion of the Servicing Fee with respect to the related Collection Period, without interest. If the Servicer defers all of the Servicing Fee, the Servicing Fee for such related Collection Period will be deemed to equal zero.
Servicing Fee. (a) Subject to clause (b) below, the Borrower shall pay the Servicer a fee (the “Servicing Fee”) equal to 1.00% per annum (the “Servicing Fee Rate”) of the daily average aggregate Outstanding Balance of the Pool Receivables. Accrued Servicing Fees shall be payable from Collections to the extent of available funds in accordance with Section 4.01.
(b) If the Servicer ceases to be BrightView or an Affiliate thereof, the Servicing Fee shall be the greater of: (i) the amount calculated pursuant to clause (a) above and (ii) an alternative amount specified by the successor Servicer not to exceed 110% of the aggregate reasonable costs and expenses incurred by such successor Servicer in connection with the performance of its obligations as Servicer hereunder.

Servicing Fee. (a) Subject to clause (b), the Servicer shall be paid a fee equal to 0.50% per annum (the “Servicing Fee Rate”) of the daily average aggregate Outstanding Balance of the Pool Receivables. The Issuer’s Share of such fee shall be paid through the distributions contemplated by Section 1.4(d), and the Seller’s Share of such fee shall be paid by the Seller on each Settlement Date.
(b) If the Servicer ceases to be UGI or an Affiliate thereof, the servicing fee shall be the greater of: (i) the amount calculated pursuant to clause (a), and (ii) an alternative amount specified by the successor Servicer not to exceed 110% of the aggregate reasonable costs and expenses incurred by such successor Servicer in connection with the performance of its obligations as Servicer.
Servicing Fee. The Servicing Fee shall be payable to the Servicer on each Payment Date. The Servicing Fee shall be calculated on the basis of a 360-day year comprised of twelve 30-day months. In addition, the Servicer will be entitled to retain all late fees, extension fees, non-sufficient funds charges and any and all other administrative fees and expenses or similar charges allowed by applicable law with respect to any Receivable. The Servicer also will be entitled to receive investment earnings (net of investment losses and expenses) on funds deposited in the Collection Account during each Collection Period. The Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities under this Agreement (including taxes imposed on the Servicer and expenses incurred in connection with distributions and reports made by the Servicer to the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee). The Servicer shall be required to pay all of the Indenture Trustee’s fees, expenses, reimbursements and indemnifications.
Servicing Fee. As compensation for the Servicer’s servicing activities on their behalf, the Servicer shall be paid the Servicing Fee in arrears on each Settlement Date out of Collections.
