Allocation of Servicing Fee Shortfalls. On each Transfer Date if after giving effect to payments to be made with respect to such Monthly Period pursuant to Section 3.01(b), the Servicer has not received the full amount to be paid pursuant to Section 3.01(b) with respect to that Monthly Period, the aggregate amount of such shortfall will be allocated to each tranche of Outstanding Notes pro rata based on the ratio of the Weighted Average Available Funds Allocation Amount for such tranche for such Monthly Period to the Weighted Average Available Funds Allocation Amount for the BAseries for such Monthly Period.
