Allocation Shall Not Vest Title. The fact that allocation is made and amounts are credited to an Account of a Participant shall not vest in such Participant any right, title or interest in or to any assets except at the time or times and upon the terms and conditions expressly set forth in this Plan, nor shall the Trustee be required to segregate physically the assets of the Trust Fund by reason thereof.
