Common use of Allocation to Parcels Clause in Contracts

Allocation to Parcels. At the time of execution of the Lease, the Ground Rent shall be allocated between the parcels within the Premises in the manner set out in subsection 3.1.2. The percentage of rent attributable to each parcel shall remain in effect during the term of the Subdivided Lease unless parcel areas change.
