The excluded and reserved areas shall never be claimed by the Allottee to be a part of the Common Portions and the Promoter shall be entitled to among others to the following rights and interest in respect thereof: (i) To raise further storey or stories or make construction , addition or alteration on the roof of the building or in any part thereof or on any open or covered space at the said Housing Project/Phase in accordance with law and to use and connect all common installations facilities and utilities at said Housing Project/Phase for and to all such construction, addition or alteration.
