ALLOCATIONS, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS. Section 501. Allocations of Available Interest Amounts. With respect to each Monthly Period, the Indenture Trustee will allocate to each series of Notes its portion of the Available Interest Amount for such Monthly Period in an amount equal to the product of (i) the Series Floating Allocation Percentage for such series times (ii) the Available Interest Amount for such Monthly Period. Section 502. Allocations of Available Principal Amounts. With respect to each Monthly Period, the Indenture Trustee will allocate to each series of Notes its portion of the Available Principal Amount for such Monthly Period in an amount equal to the product of (i) the Series Principal Allocation Percentage for such series times (ii) the Available Principal Amount for such Monthly Period.
