Common use of Allocations of Collections Clause in Contracts

Allocations of Collections. During the Series 2021-1 Rapid Amortization Period. With respect to the Series 2021-1 Rapid Amortization Period, other than after the occurrence of an Event of Bankruptcy with respect to ABCR, any other Lessee or any Permitted Sublessee, the Administrator will direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate, prior to 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) on any Series 2021-1 Deposit Date, all amounts deposited into the Collection Account as set forth below:
