Notice by Publication. In addition to notices required to be given in any other manner hereunder, all notices required to be given to the Noteholders will be effected by publication at least once, if any Notes are listed on a stock exchange and the rules of such stock exchange so require, in a publication meeting the requirements of such stock exchange.

Notice by Publication. The Interior Defendants shall give notice to all owners that the Secretary was unable to provide notice pursuant to subparagraphs (a) thru (c) above, by publication of the opportunity to convey fractionated interests as follows: (1) at least two (2) times in a newspaper of general circulation in the county or counties where the subject parcel of land is located or, if there is an Indian tribe with jurisdiction over the parcel of land and that tribe publishes a tribal newspaper or newsletter at least once every month, one (1) time in such newspaper of general circulation and one (1) time in such tribal newspaper or newsletter for a period of six (6) months; (2) posting such notice in a conspicuous place in the tribal headquarters or administration building (or such other tribal building determined by the Interior Defendants to be most appropriate for giving public notice) of the Indian tribe with jurisdiction over the parcel of land, if any; and (3) in addition to the foregoing, in the Interior Defendants' discretion, publishing notice in any other place or means that the Interior Defendants determine to be appropriate.

Notice by Publication. 16.5.1 Notice required to be published in accordance with this Clause 16.6 shall be given by notice published: i. in the Cayman Islands, in the Cayman Compass and Cayman Gazette; ii. in the United Kingdom, in the Financial Times; iii. in the United States, in the USA Today; and iv. in addition to each of the published notices cited at paragraphs (i) to (iii), by causing the notice to be posted on the Scheme Website, which notice shall remain posted until the event about which notice is being given takes place. 16.5.2 A substitute publication will be chosen by the Scheme Supervisors in the event that one of the nominated publications cited in Clause 16.6.1 ceases to exist, is published in combination with another publication or is known by another name.

Cardtronics shall undertake appropriate notice as described herein and shall bear the cost of doing so.
