Common use of ALLOTTEE(S) TO PAY MAINTENANCE CHARGE Clause in Contracts

ALLOTTEE(S) TO PAY MAINTENANCE CHARGE. The Allottee(s) shall pay maintenance charge on the basis of bills to be raised by the Promoter or Association (upon formation), such bills being conclusive proof of the liability of the Allottee(s) in respect thereof. The Allottee(s) further admits and accepts that (1) the Allottee(s) shall not claim any deduction or abatement in the bills relating to maintenance charge and (2) the maintenance charge shall be subject to variation from time to time, at the sole discretion of the Promoter or Association (upon formation).
