Allowable Access. Faculty members, or their designee, shall have access to all material in their personnel files during normal business hours. Designees shall be appointed for a fixed period of time. Said appointment shall be in writing and provided to the Office of Human Resources, to be kept in the personnel file. Consistent with applicable statutory and legal requirements, only bona fide representatives of the College and the faculty member shall have access to the faculty member’s personnel file.
