Allowance and Accumulation. Full-time teachers are provided fifty-six (56) hours of sick leave at full pay each contract year. Unused sick leave hours will be accrued until the maximum of one thousand four hundred forty (1440) is accumulated. Sick leave hours provided are prorated for teachers working less than full time.
