ALLOWANCES/REIMBURSEMENTS AND PROTECTION. 30.1 Pre-Existing Conditions of Employment It is agreed that no right, benefit or privilege enjoyed or possessed but not set down in this agreement, which has been confirmed through the arbitration awards set out in Appendix D shall be altered or revoked without consent of the Union. It is further agreed that no right, benefit or privilege enjoyed or possessed but not set down in this Agreement or as otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, shall be altered or revoked without prior consultation with the Union.
