ALLOWED ACTIONS. To the extent that NERC, the ERO, FERC or applicable regulatory agency determines that an Operating ZoneInterchange Equipment Operator’s actions taken pursuant to this Agreement were inappropriate, SPP shall not require the Operating ZoneInterchange Equipment Operator to take such actions in the future. If NERC, the ERO, FERC or applicable regulatory agency requires that an Operating ZoneInterchange Equipment Operator take action inconsistent with this Agreement, SPP will allow such actions.

To the extent that the ERO, FERC or applicable regulatory agency determines that an Interchange Equipment Operator’s actions taken pursuant to this Agreement were inappropriate, SPP shall not require the Interchange Equipment Operator to take such actions in the future. If the ERO, FERC or applicable regulatory agency requires that an Interchange Equipment Operator take action inconsistent with this Agreement, SPP will allow such actions. SPP will fully engage the authorized equipment operators

If the ERO, FERC or applicable regulatory agency requires that an SPP BA Participant take action inconsistent with this Agreement, SPP will allow such actions.
