Common use of ALPS Compensation; Expenses Clause in Contracts

ALPS Compensation; Expenses. (a) In consideration for the services to be performed hereunder by ALPS, the Fund shall pay ALPS the fees listed in Appendix B hereto. (b) ALPS will bear all expenses in connection with the performance of its services under this Agreement and all related agreements, except as otherwise provided herein. ALPS will pay all expenses incurred by the Fund, with the exception of advisory fees, trustees' fees, portfolio transaction expenses, litigation expenses, taxes, cost of preferred shares, expenses of conducting repurchase offers for the purpose of repurchasing fund shares, and extraordinary expenses.
