Expenses and Compensation. Except for expenses specifically assumed or agreed to be paid by the Portfolio Manager under this Agreement, the Portfolio Manager shall not be liable for any expenses of the Portfolio or the Trust, including, without limitation: (i) interest and taxes; (ii) brokerage commissions and other costs in connection with the purchase and sale of securities or other investment instruments with respect to the Portfolio; and (iii) custodian fees and expenses. For its services under this Agreement, Portfolio Manager shall be entitled to receive a fee, which fee shall be payable monthly in arrears at the annual rate of 0.45% of the average daily net assets of the Account.

For its services under this Agreement, Portfolio Manager shall be entitled to receive a fee, which fee shall be calculated daily and payable monthly in arrears at the annual rate of 0.15% of the first $50 million of the Combined Assets; 0.10% of the next $100 million of the Combined Assets and 0.05% on Combined Assets over $150 million.

For its services under this Agreement, Portfolio Manager shall be entitled to receive a fee, which fee shall be payable monthly in arrears within 30 days after each month end. For so long as the Combined Assets (as defined below) are greater than $2 billion, the fee shall be at the annual rate of 0.065% of the average daily net assets of the Account. If the Combined Assets are reduced to $2 billion or less due to withdrawals or redemptions, beginning with the start of the first calendar year following the date on which such withdrawal or redemption reduced such Combined Assets to $2 billion or less, the fee shall be calculated based on average daily net assets of the Account at annual rate of 0.075%.

For its services under this Agreement, Portfolio Manager shall be entitled to receive a fee, which fee shall be payable monthly at the annual rate of .04% of the average daily net assets of the Account.

Except for expenses specifically assumed or agreed to be paid by the Portfolio Manager under this Agreement, the Portfolio Manager shall not be liable for any expenses of the Portfolio or the Trust, including, without limitation: (i) interest and taxes; (ii) brokerage commissions and other costs in connection with the purchase and sale of securities or other investment instruments with respect to the Portfolio; and (iii) custodian fees and expenses. For its services under this Agreement, Portfolio Manager shall be entitled to receive a fee, which fee shall be payable monthly in arrears at the annual rate of 0.85% of the average daily net assets of the Account for the first $50 million in such assets, 0.75% for the next $50 million in assets and 0.70% for those assets in excess of $100 million
Expenses and Compensation. (a) Portfolio Manager shall pay all of its expenses incurred in the performance of its duties under its Agreement and shall not be required to pay any of the expenses of the Trust. To compensate Portfolio Manager for its services under this Agreement, the Portfolio shall pay to the Portfolio Manager a maximum annual fee of .30% of the average daily net assets of the Account (“Maximum Fee”).
Expenses and Compensation. For the services to be rendered and the facilities to be furnished by the Administrator as provided for in this Agreement, the Fund shall pay the Administrator for its services rendered pursuant to this Agreement a fee based on such fee schedule as may from time to time be agreed upon in writing by the Fund and the Administrator. Additional services performed by the Administrator as requested by the Fund shall be subject to additional fees as mutually agreed from time to time. In addition to such fee, the Administrator shall xxxx the Fund separately for any out-of-pocket disbursements of the Administrator based on an out-of-pocket schedule as may from time to time be agreed upon in writing by the Fund and the Administrator. The foregoing fees and disbursements shall be billed to the Fund by the Administrator and shall be paid promptly by wire transfer or other appropriate means to the Administrator.
Expenses and Compensation. All reasonable expenses of administration including, but not limited to, those involved in retaining necessary professional assistance may be paid from the assets of the Fund. Alternatively, the Employer may, in its discretion, pay any or all such expenses. Pursuant to uniform and nondiscriminatory rules that the Plan Administrator may establish from time-to-time, administrative expenses and expenses unique to a particular Participant may be charged to a Participant's Individual Account or the Plan Administrator may allow Participants to pay such fees outside of the Plan. The Employer shall furnish the Plan Administrator with such clerical and other assistance as the Plan Administrator may need in the performance of his or her duties.
