ALPS’s Responsibilities. In connection with its performance of AVA, ALPS shall: (a) provide technical support for AVA, including: testing, quality control review, generation and storage information; (b) periodically review the list of users with access to the Trust’s information and make the list available to the Trust for review; and (c) provide a detailed proposal, including cost and a timeline, for any custom design or programming requested by the Trust.
