Common use of Alteration of Building Clause in Contracts

Alteration of Building. Landlord shall have the right to repair, change, redecorate, alter, improve, modify, renovate, enclose or make additions to any part of the Property (including, without limitation, structural elements and load bearing elements within the Premises and to enclose and change the arrangement and location of driveways or parking areas or landscaping or other Common Areas of the Property), all without being held guilty of an actual or constructive eviction of Tenant or breach of the implied warranty of suitability and without an abatement of Rent (the “Reserved Right”). When exercising the Reserved Right, Landlord will interfere with Tenant’s use and occupancy of the Premises as little as is reasonably practicable. Landlord shall not obstruct or interrupt Tenant’s access to the Premises without providing alternative access during Normal Business Hours.
