The Lessee may at any time alter or remove all or any items of equipment or may fit any additional equipment required to render the Ship available for any purpose for which the Lessee may require to use her in accordance with the provisions of clause 13 provided that the Lessee shall first have obtained the prior written consent of the Lessor thereto if and to the extent such consent may be required pursuant to clause 15.
