Alterations, Additions and Fixtures. (a) Subject to the provisions of Paragraph 11 hereof, Tenant shall have the right to install in the Premises its trade fixtures from time to time during the Term of this Lease; provided, however, that no such installation or removal thereof shall affect any structural portion of the Premises or the Building and that Tenant shall repair and restore any damage or injury to the Premises or the Property caused thereby.
