Alterations, Changes and Installations by Tenant. Tenant shall not make or cause to be made any alterations, additions or improvements to the Leased Premises, or cause to be installed any fixtures, interior or exterior lighting, plumbing equipment or mechanical equipment, without the prior written consent of Landlord.
