CITY’S RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1. The CITY shall designate in writing a project coordinator to act as the CITY's representative with respect to the services to be rendered under this Agreement (the "Project Coordinator"). The Project Coordinator shall have authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define the CITY's policies and decisions with respect to the CONTRACTOR's services for the Project. Faculty Responsibilities The principles of academic freedom shall be accompanied by corresponding principles of Faculty responsibility. While workload and additional Faculty responsibilities may be provided for elsewhere in this Agreement, the following are among the basic responsibilities of the Faculty:
Company’s Responsibilities Except for the items above that are the responsibility of Authority, Company will, throughout the Term of this Agreement, assume full responsibility for all nonstructural repair and maintenance of the Premises, whether such repair or maintenance be ordinary or extraordinary, and without limiting the generality hereof, Company will keep the Premises and all of Company’s trade and other fixtures, equipment, and personal property that are located on any part of the Premises or Common Use Areas open to or visible by the general public, in a clean and orderly condition and appearance; and
Joint Responsibilities 2.1.1 University and Affiliate each will identify, and notify each other of, a person responsible for serving as its liaison during the course of this affiliation. The appointment of liaisons shall be subject to mutual approval of the parties.
Union Responsibilities Except for claims resulting from errors caused by defective City equipment, the Union agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City for any loss or damage arising from the operation of this Article.
Roles & Responsibilities During the MOU Period, the Parties will work together to develop the final scope of the CCA project. The Parties are entering into this MOU in good faith and final project approval is contingent on satisfactory completion of the milestones outlined in Appendix A. CCAG is solely responsible for all costs throughout the approval process. As applicable, CCAG shall maintain adequate insurance coverages for any work conducted on the property ("Property”) depicted in Appendix B during the MOU Period.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 7.01 Except to the extent provided herein, this Agreement in no way restricts the Employer in the management and direction of the Public Service.
