Common use of Alternate Bus Stop Area Clause in Contracts

Alternate Bus Stop Area. The City of Maple Grove reserves the right during this Term to implement an Alternate Bus Stop Area within the Maple Grove Transit Station property for buses in the event that the normal busway and bus stop is inaccessible due to facility repairs.

Alternate Bus Stop Area. The City of Maple Grove reserves the right during this Term to implement an Alternate Bus Stop Area within the Maple Grove Transit Station property for Licensee’s buses in the event that the normal busway and bus stop is inaccessible due to facility repairs. The Licensee shall be give 15 days written notice of the Alternate Bus Stop and thereafter the Alternate Bus Stop shall be the bus stop used by Licensee until further notice.

Alternate Bus Stop Area. The City of Maple Grove reserves the right during this Term to implement an Alternate Bus Stop Area within the Maple Grove Transit Station property for Metro Transit buses in the event that the normal busway and bus stop is inaccessible due to facility repairs.
