Common use of Alternate Directors Clause in Contracts

Alternate Directors. 30.1 Any Director may by writing appoint any other Director, or other person willing to act, to be his alternate and remove his alternate so appointed by him. Such appointment or removal shall be by notice to the Registered Office signed by the Director making or revoking the appointment or in any other manner approved by the Directors, and shall be effective on the date the notice is served and the alternate shall be notified of such appointment or revocation.
