Common use of ALTERNATE RESPONSES MAY BE CONSIDERED Clause in Contracts

ALTERNATE RESPONSES MAY BE CONSIDERED. The City may consider one (1) alternate response from the same Bidder/Proposer for the same formal solicitation; provided, that the alternate response offers a different product that meets or exceeds the formal solicitation requirements. In order for the City to consider an alternate response, the Bidder/Proposer shall complete a separate Price Sheet form and shall mark "Alternate Response". Alternate response shall be placed in the same response. This provision only applies to formal solicitations for the procurement of goods, services, items, equipment, materials, and/or supplies.
