Alternate Use and Vertical. Blanking Intervals. Lessor shall have the right to use the second audio carrier ("SAP") and vertical blanking intervals. ("VBI") on which Lessor's ITFS programming is being transmitted. Lessee shall at all times have the right to use the VBI and SAP not utilized by Lessor and 100% of the response frequencies associated with the ITFS Channels. Lessor shall be responsible for any equipment needed to utilize the VBI and/or SAP and such equipment shall be compatible with Lessee's system.
