Alternative Aircraft. At any time that United desires to utilize aircraft other than the Covered Aircraft, Contractor and United agree to meet and discuss in good faith the appropriate adjustments to this Agreement necessary to include such other aircraft as a Covered Aircraft.

Alternative Aircraft. 15.1. If the Charter Company is unable to perform a Flight in accordance with a Flight Confirmation due to an Aircraft technical failure (AOG), Charter Company shall use its reasonable commercial endeavours to find a suitable replacement aircraft and shall disclose any extra costs to the Charterer. If Charter Company efforts are successful, but the Charterer elects not to accept the replacement aircraft found by Charter Company, or Charter Company efforts are unsuccessful, the Charterer’s sole remedy shall be a full refund of the Fees in respect of that part of the Services which cannot be fulfilled due to Aircraft unavailability.
Alternative Aircraft. At any time that Continental desires to utilize aircraft other than aircraft constituting part of the Contractor Fleet, Contractor and Continental agree to meet and discuss in good faith the appropriate adjustments to this Agreement necessary to include such other aircraft as a Covered Aircraft and part of the Contractor Fleet.

  • Aircraft Basic Price The Aircraft Basic Price is listed in Table 1 and is subject to escalation in accordance with the terms of this Purchase Agreement.

  • AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION The guarantees defined below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A319-100 Aircraft as described in the Standard Specification Ref. J 000 01000 Issue 6 dated 1st March 2007 equipped with:

  • Use of Aircraft ‌ Employees shall not be required to use an aircraft in the course of their duties other than those of regular commercial airlines, licensed charters, or government aircraft.

  • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • Delivery Location All Goods shall be delivered to the address specified in this Order (the "Delivery Location") during Buyer's normal business hours or as otherwise instructed by Buyer.
