Lease of Aircraft. Lessor agrees to lease the Aircraft to Lessee pursuant to the provisions of FAR Section 91.501(b)(6) and Section 91.501(c)(1) and this Agreement, and to provide a fully-qualified and credentialed flight crew for all flights to be conducted hereunder during the Term (as defined in Section 13) hereof. The parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement did not result in any way from any direct or indirect advertising, holding out or soliciting on the part of Lessor or any person purportedly acting on behalf of Lessor. Lessor and Lessee intend that the lease of the Aircraft effected by this Agreement shall be treated as a “wet lease” pursuant to which Lessor provides transportation services to Lessee in accordance with FAR Section 91.501(b)(6) and Section 91.501(c)(1).
Lease of Aircraft. (a) This Lease sets forth the exclusive terms and conditions under which Lessee is entitled to use the Aircraft, and Lessee shall have no right to use the Aircraft except as expressly set forth herein. Lessor shall lease the Aircraft to Lessee, and Lessee shall lease the Aircraft from Lessor, during all Lease Periods throughout the Term (as defined in Section 12) of this Lease as provided hereunder. “
Lease of Aircraft. LESSOR hereby agrees to lease the Aircraft to LESSEE and LESSEE hereby agrees to lease the Aircraft from LESSOR pursuant to the provisions of this Lease.
Lease of Aircraft. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Lessor agrees to lease the Aircraft to Lessee and Lessee agrees to take the Aircraft on lease from Lessor, such lease to be on an exclusive basis.
Lease of Aircraft. Operator agrees to lease the Aircraft to Lessee on a non-exclusive basis from time-to-time and subject to availability pursuant to the provisions of FAR 91.501(b)(6), 91.501(c)(1) and 91.501(d), and to provide, at its sole cost and expense, a fully qualified flight crew for all operations under this Agreement. Operator has contracted with an aviation management company to support Operator’s aircraft operations, including, but not limited to, providing fully qualified flight crew and maintenance support.
Lease of Aircraft. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, Owner shall lease the Aircraft to Lessee from time to time with a flight crew for the operation thereof, as and when required by Lessee so long as the Aircraft is not otherwise employed on behalf of Owner. Lessee’s use of the Aircraft shall constitute a non-exclusive lease. This Agreement shall be applicable only in instances in which Owner seeks partial reimbursement of Aircraft-related costs.
Lease of Aircraft. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, on the Delivery Date, Owner Trustee agrees to lease the Aircraft to Lessee, and Lessee agrees to lease the Aircraft from Owner Trustee, pursuant to the Lease.
Lease of Aircraft. 1.1 Lessor hereby leases to Lessee, and Lessee hereby leases from Lessor, one (1) used Beechcraft Model 1900D Airliner aircraft manufactured by Raytheon Aircraft Company (hereafter “Manufacturer”), Manufacturer’s Serial No UE-137, FAA. Registration No: N81533, together with the engines and propellers set forth on Exhibit “C” (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Aircraft”).
Lease of Aircraft. Lessor agrees to lease the Aircraft to Lessee pursuant to the provisions of FAR Sections 91.501(b)(6), 91.501(c)(1), and 91.501(d) from time to time on a non-exclusive basis and on an “as needed and as available basis” and to provide a fully-qualified flight crew for all operations pursuant to this Agreement.
Lease of Aircraft. Owner agrees to lease the Aircraft to Lessee _________________ pursuant to the provisions of FAR 91-501(c)(1) and to provide a fully qualified flight crew for all operations for the period commencing on the date of this Agreement and terminating on the date Lessee ceases to serve in the capacity of at least President or Chief Executive Officer of NIKE, Inc.
