Common use of ALTERNATIVE CLAUSES Clause in Contracts

ALTERNATIVE CLAUSES. SCOTS LAW Law and Jurisdiction (Clause 62) References to “England and Wales” in the original Clause 62 of this Call Off Contract (Law and Jurisdiction) shall be replaced with “Scotland”. Where legislation is expressly mentioned in this Call Off Contract the adoption of Clause 4.1.1 (a) shall have the effect of substituting the equivalent Scots legislation.
